ABOUT
Calvin Wright Design Works is a small, full service custom residential design firm consisting of husband and wife team, Calvin and Becky Wright. A unique benefit of the small firm format is the ability to travel often and design from destinations and remote locations. We’ve drawn floor plans in camper vans and elevations while enjoying vineyard views. Short term rentals have provided us with the opportunity to appreciate the inherent architectural freedom of the second home, unencumbered by the functional limitations of a primary residence.

These experiences prompted us to establish CW Spaces, LLC and create a series of affordable second home plan sets, inspired by our favorite destinations, for the client who shares our affliction of wanderlust. In cultivating these designs, we were conceptually focused on the unique feeling of the location and the romance of escape. Practically, we carefully considered budget, ease of construction, and short term rental potential.
